Facilitator – Accountant Care (100% Virtual)

We are working exclusively with an online payroll and HR solutions client to identify a Facilitator to support the internal L&D team. In this role, you will facilitate Accountant Care training to new hires and employees moving from a different department.

Start Date: 9/8

Duration: Through 10/17

Location: 100% Virtual

Facilitation Schedule (Late September – October/4 weeks):

Hours Per Week: 42.5 hours/week for facilitation

Working Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm MST

Length of each training session: 8.5 hours; 5 days per week

Number of training delivery days and number of sessions per day: TBD

Dates and duration of Train the Trainer: 9/8-9/24

Responsibilities include:
• Create an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to support learner development.
• Tailor delivery for different audience levels, including mid- and senior-level employees.
• Track learner progress and engagement, proactively addressing issues.
• Use feedback to recommend and implement improvements.
• Ensure alignment of learning programs with business goals.

Experience Required:
• 5+ years of Learning & Development experience
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging sessions and own the delivery
• Comfortable “making the training your own” – content is 95% complete
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong experience with Zoom
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Accounting is a strong plus
• Experience coaching or mentoring learners and junior team members
• Data-driven approach to measuring program impact and effectiveness
• Must use your own laptop (you’ll log into the client’s network)
• Must be comfortable working independently with minimal direction
• Background check required prior to placement

The pay range for this is $70.00 to $75.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
