Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager for Agency

We are a marketing agency looking for a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager to join our team.
No agencies please. Freelancers only.
Compensation:
$300-$400/per account.
The compensation amount depends on the client's monthly ad spend.
You will be responsible for managing up to 10 Facebook Ads accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Auditing existing accounts
- Write Ad Copy
- Communication on Slack
- Set up Conversion Tracking with Meta Pixel & Conversions API
- Competitor Research
- Creative & Audience Testing
- Launching campaigns
- Bi-weekly meetings with your clients
- Daily campaign optimization
- Giving tasks to graphic designers/video editors in Asana
- Weekly Reports
Work schedule is flexible based on your time zone.
Requirements
- Facebook Ads expert
- Experienced with Meta Pixel & Conversions API
- Great at writing high-quality ad copy in English
- Experience in a variety of niches and high budget accounts
- Wants to work for an agency
