Facebook Marketplace & Online Sales Rep (2 Positions) – Long-Term / Contract-to-Hire - Contract to Hire

We’re looking to hire two reliable, self-motivated online sales reps to help us post listings on Facebook Marketplace, respond to customer inquiries, and convert leads into actual sales. This is a part-time, long-term contract with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance. Think of this as a contract-to-hire opportunity.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Post daily listings on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other buy/sell sites

• Use provided product images, descriptions, and prices

• Respond quickly to messages using our message templates

• Convert inquiries into in-store pickups or online sales

• Coordinate with our in-store team to check inventory and availability

• Provide basic daily reporting on leads, posts, and sales

️ Skills Required:

• Experience with Facebook Marketplace posting (proof preferred)

• Great written English communication

• Online sales or customer service background

• Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently

• Familiarity with VPNs or working with multiple Facebook accounts (optional – we can help)

• 4–6 hours/day

• 5–6 days/week

• Must be available during Canadian business hours (EST)
