Remote Data Entry Specialist at UNIT A
Munawar & Andrews-Santillo LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data into company databases and client records with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Organize and manage electronic files and records.
• Assist with document management and administrative support tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data integrity.
• Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
• Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal documents or law firm experience is a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $29.00 - $35.00/hour.
