Facebook & Instagram Ads Expert (GoHighLevel) – Webinars, Programs & Supplement Sales
We are a fast-growing functional health & wellness brand looking for an experienced Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager who is highly proficient in GoHighLevel. Important: We already have campaigns, funnels, ads, copy, and graphics created. This role is about execution, optimization, scaling, and reporting — not creative building from scratch. What You’ll Be Running Traffic To: Live & evergreen webinars Group coaching / health programs Supplement product sales (Shopify + GoHighLevel integrations) Responsibilities Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns Launch and monitor ads inside GoHighLevel Optimize for: Cost per lead Webinar registrations Program conversions Supplement ROAS Daily/weekly performance monitoring A/B testing audiences, hooks, and creatives (we provide assets) Retargeting setup and optimization Clear, simple weekly performance reporting Scale winning campaigns responsibly Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) Proven experience running Facebook & Instagram ads Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel Experience driving traffic to: Webinars Funnels Online programs or coaching offers Experience with eCommerce or supplement brands is a HUGE plus Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Nice to Have (Bonus) Experience in health, wellness, or functional medicine niches Experience with Shopify + Meta ads Understanding of compliance in health advertising Retargeting and LTV-based ad strategies What Success Looks Like Consistent, qualified leads for webinars Improved cost per registration and cost per acquisition Increased supplement sales from paid traffic Clear data-driven decision making Long-term collaboration (this is NOT a short-term project) How to Apply (This Filters People HARD) Please include: Your experience with GoHighLevel Examples of Facebook/Instagram campaigns you’ve managed Any experience with webinars, coaching programs, or supplement brands Your preferred monthly management rate One brief example of how you optimized or scaled a winning campaign Budget Open to monthly retainer based on experience Opportunity for long-term work and growth We are NOT looking for beginners or agencies outsourcing overseas.
