We are committed to building robust IT infrastructures, driving digital transformation, and much more. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Workflow Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity workflows to ensure secure and efficient access management across our organization. Reporting to the Director, Identity & Access Management, the Identity Workflow Engineer is a member of Compass Technology, collaborating with key business partners to meet the needs of Compass Group. Responsibilities • Develop, implement, optimize identity lifecycle and access governance workflows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design identity solutions that meet business needs and align IAM initiatives. • Support automating and integrating identity platforms with enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. • Monitor and troubleshoot identity workflows to ensure optimal performance and security. • Monitor for policy violations and anomalous identity-related activities. • Support governance processes including access reviews, certifications, and reporting. • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. • Serve as an escalation point for Service Centers (Help Desk), Field and Sector IT Staff. • Manage and coordinate problem resolution with other IT staff, third party partners, or vendors if unable to resolve escalations. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures for identity solutions. • Participate in a scheduled, after-hours, On-Call rotation to support the business 24x7x365. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM). Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or combination of education and experience. • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as Pathlock, SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle IDM, Apache Syncope preferred. • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Java, Python, Beanshell, .NET). • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Graph, Active Directory, Exchange required. • Experience integrating IGA solutions with Enterprise systems (SAP, Entra, Success Factors). • Familiar with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
