Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ad accounts for She Reigns Creative's clients.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate closely with our copywriting, design, and video teams to develop compelling and high-converting ad creatives.
Collaborate closely with Operations & Project Management teams to improve on processes and procedures around Paid Media as needed.
Quality Control and Project Management of assets related to ads campaigns, ensuring we're meeting client and strategy standards (Copy, video, graphics, scripts, etc)
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in media buying to ensure the competitiveness of our campaigns.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to clients, maintaining open and effective communication.
Requirements:
In-depth understanding of Facebook Ads strategy, including ad copywriting, creative development, audience targeting, and optimization techniques.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing Facebook Ad accounts with monthly budgets of $5,000 or more.
Proficient in using communication tools, primarily Slack.
Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes as necessary.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Facebook Ads Management.
Results:
Oversee and manage 20+ ad accounts simultaneously, with the help of a Paid Media Assistant
Maintain regular client meetings, typically on a monthly basis, to review progress and strategize.
Drive profitable results for our clients by maximizing ad performance and ROI.
Location: Virtual
Salary: $15-20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
