Scope of Work:
Create and optimise Facebook Ads targeting commercial builders, councils, and industrial clients
Set up and manage Google Ads Search & Display campaigns for high-intent keywords
Fully optimise and manage our Google My Business listing, including:
Profile updates
Photo uploads
Keyword-rich descriptions
Review response management
Regular posts to improve local ranking
implement conversion tracking (Pixel, Google Tag Manager) and integrate leads into Zoho CRM
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for better lead quality
Provide weekly performance reports with recommendations
Requirements:
Proven track record in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and GMB management
Experience targeting construction, industrial, or B2B markets is an advantage
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and CRM integrations
Ability to work with both paid campaigns and organic local SEO
