The B2B Export Order Management Specialist manages the end to end sales order process. They are responsible for ensuring B2B orders are filled on time in full. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key AccountabilitiesProcess B2B Sales orders from quote to invoice Partner with B2B Sales Team to ensure optimal fulfillment of all sales ordersEnsure accuracy of orders; imperative for sales order system to feed correctly into workflow for inventory.Manage end to end order fulfillment process for assigned ordersEngages with B2B members as needed to take orders and coordinate fulfillment of ordersCoordinates fulfillment of orders operations teams, transportation, and sales teams RequirementsMust be bilingual (English and Spanish)Must be detail oriented, possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.1-3 years’ experience in sales operations, sales, or sales support is requiredBachelors degree preferredStrong knowledge in sales programs and quote to order processesPrior high-level experience with SAP systems is preferredDemonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically while executing tasks.Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for process improvement and operational efficiency.Ability to work cross functionally throughout the entire organization to achieve results.Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.Self starter with strong drive for resultsWorks on site in export fulfillment center/sales officeIn accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
