Lead and manage the launch process for new products, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
Develop and implement product launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and execution of launch plans.
Manage external supply chain partnerships to ensure reliable and efficient supply of products.
Monitor and track supply chain performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
