In this role, you’ll support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch - ensuring every detail is accounted for and every milestone stays on track.You’ll play a central role in bringing campaigns to life, managing timelines, coordinating briefs, and supporting execution across social and digital channels, including both organic and paid efforts. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and delivered seamlessly in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign execution: Support the planning and end-to-end execution of seasonal and always-on marketing campaigns across digital and social channels. Help bring campaigns to life—ensuring timelines, assets, and deliverables are aligned from kickoff through launch.Social campaign management: Execute social media campaigns across platforms, including scheduling, publishing, and tracking performance. Support both organic and paid efforts to ensure campaigns show up consistently and effectively.Timeline & workflow management: Own campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables - keeping projects on track and ensuring milestones are met in a fast-paced environment.Asset coordination: Organize and traffic campaign assets across channels, ensuring the right content is delivered to the right place at the right time.Campaign operations & documentation: Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation to provide visibility across the team and support smooth execution.Brief management: Own campaign brief intake and tracking, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment across stakeholders from the start.Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with creative, content, paid media, partnerships, and other teams to coordinate efforts, remove blockers, and keep campaigns moving forward.Performance & reporting: Monitor campaign performance and compile reports that highlight results, insights, and opportunities for optimization.Process improvement: Leverage AI to improve campaign processes, tools, and workflows—helping the team operate more efficiently and scale impact.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or project coordinationStrong organizational and project management skills with attention to detailExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with campaign planning, brief development, and asset coordination and prior experience working in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, etc.) a plusExperience with social media platforms and publishing tools Comfortable integrating AI into workflow to increase capacity and scale outputAnalytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performanceStrong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approachThe Benefits of Being on the ExpertVoice Team:Compensation: Enjoy competitive pay, plus the chance to earn bonuses through our Company performance plan and annual merit increases.Comprehensive Benefits Package: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, with coverage extended to eligible dependents. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
