Duties: Support continuous process improvement and ensure application is up to date and attend business needs as well as implement fixes and improvements to drive competitive advantage and ensure customer order fulfilments are met to all Nestle Customers. Coach, guide and enforce Nestle ways of working with external partners and developers to ensure solution and documentation are focused on the business needs. Ensure the Product and Product Group Managers, Regional Leads and Business Relationship Manager are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the IT product. Identify the appropriate applications to meet business requirements. Provide specialist consultancy, guidance and support in specific technology based on subject expertise. Secure program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested. Ensure the training materials for the Product Group area are documented. Facilitate business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption and value. Partner with business and IT to generate, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IT requirements. Design Scenarios to enable new business models for Nestle Health science, build specification and development documentation and support internal
and external developers to complete the development, build master data, train the users and calculate benefits of solutions. Domestic travel required up to 70% of time. 100% Remote.

Requirements:

Job requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related Science field plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or in an IT Business Analysis role. Required experience must include all of the following:

8 years of experience in SAP supply chain and warehouse management solutions logistics and warehouse integration solutions;
8 years of experience working in the consumer product industry;
8 years of experience in technical solution design and Proof of Concept (POC);
6 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) system implementation;
5 years of experience working with intercompany sales, intermarket supply, and automation within a supply chain environment;
5 years of experience in integrating EWM in manufacturing to streamline production processes and optimize material flow;
5 years of experience in integrating EWM into quality management modules;
5 years of experience working in an Agile and DEVOPS environment;
1 year of experience in SAP Persona innovative builds.
