Our platform combines design, business tools, and an AI-powered core that turns real customer data into clear insights and next steps helping our customers focus on what moves their business forward.Role Overview :As an Expert Engineer (Frontend), you’ll provide architectural leadership across our frontend ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role with high impact and visibility.You’ll shape system-level decisions across our monorepo — from build tooling and bundling strategies to testing infrastructure and shared libraries — while partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams.This role is less about pixel-perfect UI and more about data flow, system reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability. You’ll simplify legacy systems, drive migrations, improve developer experience, and mentor other engineers — all while contributing hands-on to a large-scale TypeScript and React codebase.Your impact:Lead the design and evolution of scalable frontend architectures across our monorepoOwn and improve build pipelines, bundling strategies, CI/CD processes, and testing infrastructureDrive migration strategies for legacy systems and reduce architectural complexityImprove performance, bundle size, build health, and test reliabilityMentor engineers, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and raise frontend quality standardsCollaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to balance platform thinking with product deliveryRepresent frontend engineering in strategic technical discussions and roadmap planningWhat you bring:6+ years of frontend engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior or technical leadership roleStrong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactDeep hands-on experience with build tools (e.g., webpack), module systems, and frontend CI/CDStrong understanding of frontend testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and quality standardsProven experience in system design and frontend architecture at scaleA mentorship mindset with strong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with monorepos, performance optimization, accessibility, or legacy migrations is a plusExperience with AI Tools and Agentic Best Coding PracticesWhat we offer:Inspiring Mission: At our core, we are driven by a meaningful mission - to empower solopreneurs and small businesses to succeed and to contribute to the sustainability and vibrancy of the communities they serve.Flexibility and Trust: Our work environment thrives on flexibility and trust.
