Web based data entry and reporting tool for financial consulting firm
My business partner and I are looking to transition our client-facing financial entry and reporting tools from Google Sheets to a web based data entry and reporting tool. The system and structure already exist, but need to be converted to something more user friendly. We have a web domain and are ready to begin this conversion after a consultation. I will be leading this initiative as I designed the original system but I do not have the coding knowledge to perform the conversion. The system we are looking to have built should be smooth, easy to use for our clients, and customizable from the back end as each client has their own categories for different types of entries. The information the clients enter should be immediately available for them to see in a log and should also be available for us to export in .csv format. Initially we do not need tons of reporting, but we are looking to have some of the data available for our clients to pull as reports. We already have a very basic beginning set up in python as a starting point, and I can provide thorough details on how everything should function within the tool. While I know what it is our clients need and how the system has worked so far, we will need to hire someone who has the depth of knowledge to ensure the tool is secure for all users. I would also like to discuss continuous maintenance over time as well. This is an exciting next step for our business, and we look forward to getting the system set up and running. Apply tot his job
