What you will do: Providing white glove service to the agents in our virtual environment and assisting the agents with questions through our in the world ticketing system. Helping to direct agents to where they need to go for help in different areas of our company • Frontline support for the ticket system • Cross-trained in all areas of onboarding & after onboarding • Provide white-glove service to the agents • Answer inquiries in Intercom • Follow up with NPS detractors • Other duties as assigned How you will grab our attention: • High school Diploma/GED required • Real Estate experience strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite • Real Estate experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem Solving Skills • 2+ years in the Customer Service industry If you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply!
