Your responsibilities will include: * Regular analysis and evaluation of customer feedback to help us understand their needs and preferences * Supporting online survey conception and programming to ensure that our data collection methods are effective and efficient * Supporting the analysis of customer interviews to gain deeper insights into their experiences and pain points * Assisting in the development of marketing measures to promote our products and services to our target audience * Creation of product training videos for customer education to help our customers get the most out of our platform * Assisting in the development of our Self Service Hub on the blithequark website to provide our customers with easy access to our data and analytics products **Your Skills** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hamburg for at least 1 more year * Have a good level of both written and spoken English and German, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages * Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Demonstrate a high level of detail-orientation and a reliable work ethic * Show the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing priorities **Your Team** Our Sales team is diverse and international, just like the blithequark platform.
