What We Do Mentor Mums matches mums returning to work after maternity leave with a mentor in the same profession, providing a unique opportunity for them to learn from someone who has walked in their shoes. Our mentors are working parents themselves, with a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with balancing work and family life. We believe that this lived experience is invaluable in helping our mentees navigate the complexities of returning to work. What We Are Looking For We are seeking experienced working parents who have a strong understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with balancing work and family life.
