Job Description We're seeking an experienced Work From Home Mail Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management and logistics coordination team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the efficient processing and distribution of mail and packages. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their mail and packages on time, every time. Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues related to mail and package delivery. Dispatch Operations: Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of mail and packages to ensure timely deliveries, working closely with our logistics team to optimize routes and schedules. Administrative Obligations: Manage and maintain accurate records of mail and package inventory, including tracking information and postage data. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure that our mail and package inventory is accurate and up-to-date, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with our logistics team to optimize mail and package delivery routes, ensuring that our customers receive their mail and packages on time and in good condition. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although some positions may require a college degree for advancement into senior roles. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage and maintain records of mail and package inventory. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with inventory management software. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Previous Experience in Inventory Management: Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience with Inventory Management Software: Experience with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus. Certifications or Training: Certifications or training in inventory management, logistics, or a related field can be beneficial.
