**Your Role:**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally.
* Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
* Accurately documenting call details.
* Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation.

* Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
* Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
