A well-established machine company is looking for a welder to be responsible for precision welding a variety of stainless steel and aluminum machinery. You must be a hardworking professional who likes meeting challenges and surpassing client expectations. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of welding machinery and a steady hand. For over 40 years, this company has been serving clients
Responsibilities
? Mig, Tig, and Stig weld machinery
? Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job
? Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors
? Complete additional tasks as requested
Requirements
? High school diploma or GED
? Be dependable and punctual
? Previous MIG and TIG welding
? Pass a MIG and TIG welding test
? Stand for long periods of time
? Have a reliable form of transportation
? Lift and move 50 pounds periodically
? Have a clean background check
? Wear PPE, including steel toed boots and a helmet
? Have attention to detail
? Work well in a non-conditioned warehouse
? Have a clean drug screen
? Multitask and time manage well
Location: Thomasville, Georgia
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM. May come in at 6 AM sometimes
