Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering daily reports on charting performance and new releases across the US on both Saturday and Sunday. You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across key labels and GDB, providing timely updates and insights to inform business decisions. As a Weekend Analytics Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all analytics-related queries and issues over the weekend, ensuring seamless continuity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize Alteryx and SQL to run relevant processes and performance reports, including troubleshooting errors as needed
Interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and takeaways on performance and charting trends
Coordinate with IS&T and senior team members to ensure data checks, delivery status, and integrity issues are addressed promptly
Proofread reports to ensure accuracy and attention to detail, verifying that all contents are correct and reflect the data accurately
Respond to follow-up questions and ad hoc requests from senior leadership and teams in a timely and professional manner


Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Familiarity with Alteryx or similar tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions, with a strong understanding of data analysis and manipulation
High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality reports
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
