Job Description and Responsibilities As a Warehouse Worker, you will be the backbone of our distribution process, working actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products. Your primary responsibilities will include selecting orders, packaging items, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring quality standards are met. Primary Responsibilities: Select products in accordance with printed customer orders and delivery sequence. Consolidate merchandise into product containers and transfer to assigned locations. Direct extraneous inventory to its appropriate location. Ensure sufficient inventory to accommodate routine and/or special demands. Maintain an orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations. Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure the work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately. Verify and scan the proper location of products. Monitor existing stock and transfer items where needed. Separate large units into pick quantities and shelve properly. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent, along with 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience. Additionally, you should have 6+ months of picking/order selecting experience and be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position. Physical stamina is also essential, as you will need to be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout your shift, handling products that weigh between 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds. Essential Skills and Competencies: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation. Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
