Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator to join our logistics team. As a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities Perform clerical work and maintain warehouse inventory, including daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Count all full goods and raw materials daily using manual methods or a handheld scanner to ensure accurate inventory levels. Research and reconcile daily inventory variances to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory with the SAP system to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Identify and report close-dated products and handle general clerical duties as needed to support the warehouse team. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned to support the growth and development of the company. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree required. 0 to 1 plus years of related experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the warehouse team and other stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and proficiency in SAP or other inventory management systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the beverage industry. Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, including cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. Experience with handheld scanners and other inventory management tools. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, as required by the warehouse environment. These include: Technical skills: Proficiency in SAP or other inventory management systems, basic computer skills, and experience with handheld scanners. Business skills: Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, including cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
