Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Payments and Personal Assistant to join our remote team. As a Virtual Payments and Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for completing work assignments and priorities while adhering to company policies and maintaining ethical standards. Your support will help facilitate the donation process in accordance with established terms and conditions. You will also be responsible for creating ad hoc reports to support the implementation of business solutions and handling corporate orders. Key Responsibilities Complete work assignments and manage priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Create ad hoc reports for consultants, providing valuable insights and supporting business solutions. Receive and process donations from donors, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of funds and gifts. Distribute funds and gifts to designated recipients, such as orphanages, foster homes, and hospitals, as directed by the internal welfare department. Provide support for donation processes as per internal requests, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience in administrative roles or similar positions, with a proven track record of success. Strong organizational abilities, with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in creating reports and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to comply with company policies and ethical standards, maintaining the highest standards of integrity. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: Relevant experience in donation management or a related field. Familiarity with corporate compliance and ethical standards, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or nonprofit management.
