Job Overview As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, chats, and messages, addressing a range of post-order issues, including delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. Your goal will be to provide compassionate support, listening effectively, and showing empathy to resolve client concerns in a first-contact resolution approach.
