About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our blithequark Retiree Health Solutions (ARHS) Sales and Service Center (SSC) team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting Medicare-eligible retirees in selecting appropriate Medicare health plans. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide support with website navigation and self-service options.
