We're hiring a Remote Construction Accounting & Payroll Manager for a client in Central Oregon. The role involves contract billing, job cost support, certified payroll compliance, and timely reporting of all payroll taxes and workers' compensation requirements.
Requirements
⢠5+ years of experience in construction accounting (subcontractor experience strongly preferred)
⢠Proven experience managing in-house payroll for a mid-sized workforce
⢠Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Payroll
⢠Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance
⢠Familiarity with workers' compensation reporting and payroll tax filings
⢠High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
