Job Overview This is a full-time, remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team. As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries via email and online platforms, and providing expert support to clients. The position requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to work reduced hours that may start and end outside of traditional business hours. The compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $30 per hour. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care to clients via phone, email, and online platforms, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Manage both inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries and providing support as needed Proactively identify solutions to potential client concerns, taking a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate with other team members, including pharmacists and pharmacy staff, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and guidance Provide technical support to clients, assisting them with navigating online platforms and resolving any technical issues that may arise Respond to client inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, providing clear and concise information and support as needed Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to ensure that clients receive exceptional service Essential Qualifications Must currently reside in the state of Utah High school diploma or equivalent required 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices Experience with multitasking, including phone and computer skills Reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload Ability to adapt to changing schedules, with a minimum of two weeks' notice Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions, with the ability to dedicate complete focus to clients during work hours Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working in a customer support or call center environment Experience working in a healthcare environment Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
