About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Executive Vice President (EVP) and provide high-level administrative support, drive business initiatives, and foster collaboration across the organization. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional administrative support to the EVP, including managing complex calendars, emails, and travel arrangements Analyzing business data and communications to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes Identifying process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity Driving key projects and initiatives, including event planning and execution Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Modeling and promoting Starbucks' Mission and Values, and serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Moderate administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting Proven experience providing support to C-Suite level executives Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and proactively Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Experience with virtual event planning and execution Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment What We Offer As a Starbucks team member, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary ($27-$37/hour) Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment Comprehensive benefits package The chance to work with a talented and dedicated team Company Culture and Work Environment At Starbucks, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equity.
