About the Role: Virtual Assistant Sales and Client Management
As a Virtual Assistant for Sales and Client Management, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by making cold calls, managing client relationships, and assisting with various projects and tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to leverage their sales and client management skills in a remote setting, with the potential for growth and development as the role evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls for 2 hours per day, between 9am - 5pm EST, to drive sales and business growth
Assist with various other projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support
Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and drive success
Requirements: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in sales, client management, or a related field. We're looking for someone who is personable, an excellent communicator, and detail-oriented, with the ability to catch up to speed quickly in our training program. If you're a self-starter with a proactive approach, we want to hear from you.
Experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or Business Development professional (a plus, but not essential)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills
Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability to work 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow as the role evolves
Located in the Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone, with availability to work between 9am - 5pm EST
