About the Role: Assistant Digital Account Manager We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our Digital Account Manager in delivering exceptional results for our marketing partners. As an Assistant Digital Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with our creative, production, and project management teams, as well as our marketing partners and external agency teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the Digital Account Manager in day-to-day client demands and serve as a key point of contact for our marketing partners Execute strategic digital plans and daily program execution to achieve marketing partner goals Develop strategic and creative briefs in collaboration with marketing partners and strategy teams Collaborate with project management and creative teams to direct the production and execution of compelling digital content, including ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and client experience delivery strategy Foster deep client relationships, build trust, and manage day-to-day client demands with internal teams through excellent communication skills Proactively support colleagues and collaborate with them to achieve targets and establish a positive team environment Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of account management experience from a leading digital creative agency or in-house brand Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, Google web applications, and Tumbler Genius DC Ability to work with a Project Management tool (e.g., Workfront) Excellent public speaking skills and experience In-depth knowledge of the principles of digital marketing, advertising, marketing, and media Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Experience with data analysis and reporting tools What We Offer: At American Express, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, and opportunities for career growth and development.
