They are seeking a full-time Bilingual Legal Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, support attorneys in litigation-related matters, and provide administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume of client interactions within a structured call center environmentUse of Sales*f*orce CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns via phoneWorking with collections agencies via phone to obtain documentation of settlementsReviewing documents sent to our office by both clients and collections agencies and ensuring they meet certain criteriaUploading these documents to our systemOther ad hoc tasks as neededSkillsMinimum of 1-year office support experiencePossess superior organizational and time-management skillsMust be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm's case management softwareHighest ethical standards and professional integrityStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside partiesFluent in SpanishExperience with Salesforce a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Benefits401K Benefits with Employer MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Company OverviewLaw Offices of Robert S.
