Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Clinical Development (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Development department, you will play a critical role in designing and executing clinical development programs for our innovative therapies. Your expertise in clinical research, translational medicine, and regulatory guidelines will be instrumental in bringing our life-changing treatments to patients in need. Key Responsibilities As a Vice President, Clinical Development (Inflammatory Bowel Disease), your primary responsibilities will include: Developing clinical strategies and designing clinical trials for our assets from phase 1 through phase 3 Partnering with Clinical Operations and other functions to execute those clinical plans Overseeing and mentoring members of the clinical group and their respective programs Leading cross-functional teams through the IND process and into clinical development Providing clinical insights into preclinical programs and business development opportunities Who Will Thrive in This Role? To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: MD, PhD, DO, PharmD or similar advanced degree 10+ years of experience designing and conducting clinical trials in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Demonstrated success in IND submissions and FDA interactions Exceptional communication, both verbal and written Demonstrated success in leading teams in clinical development Experience and highly knowledgeable in gastroenterology clinical research What to Expect in the Interview Process Our interview process is designed to be comprehensive and engaging.
