As a Vacation Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations ® Program to our guests, ensuring that they have an exceptional vacation experience and providing them with opportunities to learn more about our products and services. Key Responsibilities Make pre- and post-arrival telemarketing calls to offer elevated concierge services to all arriving owners and guests, ensuring that their vacation experience is nothing short of exceptional. Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations, providing clear and concise information about our products and services. Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals, consistently striving to deliver outstanding results. Ensure that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, including: Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport with owners and guests from diverse backgrounds. Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and software with ease. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, ensuring that our owners and guests receive exceptional service at all times. Concierge, telemarketing, and/or sales experience is preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
