Job Summary As a UPS Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing security regulations and procedures, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with government rules. You will also inspect physical assets to identify potential security issues, analyze investigation results, and develop custom security solutions for external customers. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Key Responsibilities Audit quality and integrity regulations and tactics to ensure compliance with government rules and regulations. Monitor employee disciplinary records and analyze investigation results to determine preventive measures. Analyze reports and surveillance information, interview research topics, and prepare accurate and thorough case documents. Develop custom security solutions for external customers and determine employee training needs to produce continuous improvement plans. Conduct performance reviews and resolve individual and group performance issues. Provide investigation findings to management and government agencies to ensure appropriate incident responses. Essential Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred. Availability to work flexible shift hours, including evenings and weekends. Operating experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. U.S. citizenship or nationality, or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien legally authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
