Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center, ensuring a safe and professional learning environment Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to provide individualized instruction in a group setting using the blithequark method Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally, and providing opportunities for growth and development Market the blithequark program by building school and community relationships, and conducting sales to enroll new students Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans to ensure student success Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, and support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a passion for math and working with students, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities. You should also be eager to learn and be trained, with exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I, and proficiency in computer skills.
