The Translation Program Specialist will be responsible for managing the translation process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of translations to support our customer service operations. Key Responsibilities
Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders, and manage these requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, providing solutions and support to internal teams and vendors as needed.
Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors, request feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors for implementation, ensuring that all translations meet the required standards.
Use project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the business.
