As a key member of our Data Entry team, you will play a critical role in transcribing confidential information from scanned images of paper documents for our clients. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting our efficiency standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Insert customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents * Review data for deficiencies or errors * Correct inaccuracies and validate output * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes * Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately * Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** * Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred * Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document * Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy * Alphanumeric data entry skills * Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes * Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately * Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** * Experience working in a data entry or transaction processing environment * Knowledge of banking operations and remittance processing * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent communication and teamwork skills **Schedules** * Hybrid schedule: 5:30 pm - 2:00 am (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) * 3:30 pm - 2:00 am (Tuesday) * 5:30 pm - 12:00 am (Friday) **Pays 10% Shift Differential** **Security Clearance** This position may require a Government Security Clearance, which includes: * Fingerprints * Credit Check * Employment History * Tax Filing History (possibly) * References (possibly) * Proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residence up to 7 years **About the Team** The Corporate & Investment Bank is a global leader across investment banking, wholesale payments, markets, and securities services.
