About the Role of a Teleneurologist at Sevaro We are seeking experienced and skilled Teleneurologists, including Vascular Neurologists, Neurohospitalists, and Epileptologists, to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations with patients using HIPAA-compliant telemedicine technologies Provide high-quality, patient-centric care to stroke and neurology patients Utilize our proprietary technology, Synapse, to inform clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes Collaborate with our dynamic team of neurologists and healthcare professionals to advance the field of teleneurology Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neurology and telemedicine Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted Medical License in any US State Excellent communication skills with a focus on physician-patient interaction Comfortable with using HIPAA-compliant audio/video technology, EMRs, and PACs Prior hospital-based, in-person Neurology and Stroke experience is preferred Prior teleneurology experience is preferred Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual setting Familiarity with our proprietary technology, Synapse Strong leadership skills and experience in a leadership role Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neurology and stroke care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Sevaro, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
