Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Telehealth Registered Nurse to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Telehealth Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing patient assessments and triage patients virtually by telephone or video visits. You will make clinically appropriate decisions regarding their care, escalating when necessary, or deferring to routine care if appropriate. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be required to work at least three shifts per week (36 hours) and the equivalent of 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt, professional, and friendly triage using Schmitt-Thompson triage protocols for clinical issues escalated by our frontline non-clinical team Work collaboratively and flexibly with our clinical team and our broader organization to provide high-quality patient care Constantly strive to provide a high-quality clinical experience for our partners and their patients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Help us improve our services and technology by providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement Stay up-to-date with our Current Health product line and services, serving as a product expert for patients and providing guidance and support as needed Essential Qualifications Bachelor of Science, Nursing (BSN) or higher degree in nursing Active multi-state RN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact state, with the ability to license in all US states and territories Active, unencumbered registered nurse license for the State of Massachusetts, with the ability to license in all US states and territories Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a med/surg, ICU, or ED inpatient setting Previous experience working with Epic or Cerner electronic health records Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a medical device, health IT, or digital health company Telephone triage experience, with the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs remotely Telehealth experience, with a strong understanding of virtual care delivery models and technologies Spanish fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients who speak Spanish as their primary language Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs remotely. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our clinical team and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in electronic health records, with experience working with Epic or Cerner preferred.
