Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Analyst to work remotely as part of our Innovation Office. As a Technology Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including data entry, business analysis, and process improvement. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to develop quality technical solutions Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental standards Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Technology Teams Participate in systems and acceptance testing Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement. You should also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be familiar with technical environments. Agile methodologies and project management processes are a plus. Excellent problem-solving and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines.
