Job Highlights and Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a technical support advisory specialist to join our team and work with Microsoft technologies. As a technical support advisory specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft technologies. You will design and develop solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns, and perform systems management and integration functions. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft technologies, including Azure, SQL Server, and ERP systems Design and develop solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns Perform systems management and integration functions to ensure seamless operation of Microsoft technologies Collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate technical barriers, provide proactive advice, contribute to product quality and enhancements, and create self-help assets Serve as a trusted advisor or subject matter expert, leveraging expertise to maximize the functionality of Microsoft technologies Conduct modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between systems to improve reliability and supportability and reduce time to solve technical issues Responsible for incident metrics such as Customer Satisfaction, quality of support experience, frontline engineer technical readiness, and process compliance Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Data Science, IT, or a related field At least 36 months of experience in any computer-related occupation Specific skills: Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following: Azure; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools, or policies; SQL and/or T-SQL; SQL Server; ERP; and Operational Management Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Data Science, IT, or a related field Additional experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field Certifications in Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, SQL Server, or ERP systems Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure or AWS Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, SQL Server, and ERP systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide proactive advice Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
