Job Summary and Responsibilities Building strong relationships with stakeholders and peers through well-structured, frequent communication and reporting Effectively setting and managing expectations with hiring managers and cross-functional partners while educating them on the recruiting lifecycle Driving a world-class candidate experience using empathy and transparency with candidates Leveraging data and critical thinking to diagnose recruiting challenges and guide search strategy Developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent Collaborating with the recruitment team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably in an agency environment Specialization in technical hiring in one of the following fields: Software Engineering (Preferred), Data Science/Machine Learning, Analytics, or Product Management Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands Familiarity and comfort with a data-driven environment and the ability to use metrics to guide decision-making Partnership skills, action-oriented mindset, and the ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and ADA Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Career Growth and Development Opportunities Professional development workshops and training sessions Mentorship programs and coaching Opportunities for advancement and career progression Access to industry conferences and events Work Environment and Company Culture At Wayfair, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and inclusive company culture.
