We are now seeking an experienced Technical Program Management professional to join our team, specifically to support the AI Planning and Scheduling Project Lead in driving project level schedule analytics and audits, and managing construction schedules and milestones at both project and program levels. About the Technical Program Manager Role The Technical Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of scheduling processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and improving predictability in Data Center Construction projects. This involves working closely with General Contractors, Data Center Construction Project Managers (DCD PMs), and stakeholders to analyze schedule data, identify risks and opportunities, and report to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, with experience in managing cross-functional projects and evaluating construction project schedules. Key Responsibilities Support the AI Planning and Scheduling Lead in formulating, implementing, and developing scheduling processes and procedures. Provide planning and schedule management support to DCD PMs, stakeholders, and project teams, including those based in Redmond. Assist in developing realistic schedule baselines and improving schedule accuracy and General Contractor compliance/performance. Produce monthly schedule reports to monitor, control, and measure schedule performance against project baselines and contractual milestones. Perform schedule impact analysis and variance reporting, and produce milestone tracking and look-ahead reports to support project teams in achieving milestones. Carry out trend analysis of schedule performance, collate and share lessons learned, and support improvements to scheduling processes and procedures. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 2+ years of experience evaluating construction project schedules from a General Contractor or owner's perspective. Ability to travel to construction sites to assist in coaching construction PMs and General Contractors on appropriate scheduling techniques. 2+ years of experience with Risk Schedule Analysis and analyzing construction schedule data to provide deep insights into trends, issues, and mitigations. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Deep knowledge of P6, MS Project, and other schedule health analysis tools. Familiarity with CPM scheduling methodology. Ability to present data from a detailed to high-level depending on the audience. Experience with Data Center construction programs and consulting in delay claim, time impact analysis, and CTD schedules. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year, with a different range applicable to specific work locations.
