Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and leading technical teams across multiple locations, with a strong background in information technology operations management. Key Responsibilities Manage local and remote resources to define and deliver the perfect customer experience, owning the strategies to create this experience. Assist the global organization in developing and leveraging its knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues. Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization, guiding the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 4 years of professional or military experience. 5 years of experience in developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations. 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an Information Technology Operations Manager. Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technical professionals. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT service management, with a focus on customer-centric service delivery. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS. Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as scripting and workflow automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
