Job Summary As a Remote Bookkeeper with Bosun Solutions, you will be responsible for recording and maintaining business financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. You will record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce balance sheets and income statements. You will also monitor cash flow and produce financial reports to assist managers in strategic decision-making. Accounts Payable: Process and manage accounts payable, including verifying invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records. Payroll Services: Provide payroll support, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Expense Management: Manage and track business expenses, ensuring accurate recording and reimbursement. Cash Flow Statements: Prepare and analyze cash flow statements to provide insights into the company's financial position.
