Generate reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Technical System Support

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Equivalent formal education or relevant work experience will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of qualifying work experience in Information Technology or an engineering environment. An advanced degree may offset some experience requirements.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building and managing end-to-end solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
Database Skills: Strong understanding of database concepts with proficiency in writing SQL for relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
Backend Development: Experience with backend improvement using Java or Spring Boot
Agile Collaboration: Comfort working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments, including user story development and acceptance criteria
Problem-Solving: Willingness to research, explore new technologies, and develop solutions through systematic troubleshooting
