Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will enable you to provide timely and effective support, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience with our SaaS products. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing documentation of processes and configurations for our SaaS products Delivering tier 2 support for application issues, identifying root causes and proposing solutions Engaging in cross-functional dialogue for development prioritizations and client implementations Utilizing SQL for data management tasks, including importing and exporting data Managing multiple customer support issues with excellent organizational skills Qualifications: Essential Skills and Experience To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities. The minimum requirements for this role include: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience 4+ years of SQL experience, including knowledge of select statements, complex joins, and data management Proven ability to provide positive customer service and effective communication skills Solid experience in data management using Excel, Access, and MS SQL Server Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple customer support issues effectively Preferred Qualifications: Stand Out from the Crowd While the essential qualifications provide a foundation for success, the following preferred qualifications will enable you to stand out as a top candidate for this role: 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support or client support role, ideally as a Business Analyst or similar Knowledge of ASCII and EDI is desirable Familiarity with JIRA for project management Experience with MS Project or equivalent software Experience with SaaS delivered applications Career Growth and Development: Investing in Your Future At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and succeed in their careers.
