Job Overview arenaflex is seeking an experienced Content Manager for a 6+ month contract opportunity based in Provo, UT. This hybrid on-site role, requiring attendance at our offices in Provo, UT on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, offers a unique chance to develop and operationalize scalable workflows for creative production and collaborate with regional marketing leaders to scale content globally. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across the marketing organization to develop and operationalize a scalable workflow for creative production, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in content delivery. Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to scale content globally, identifying opportunities to localize campaigns, virtual events, SEO content, videos, and managing the process from brief to distribution. Listen to feedback from marketing, sales, partners, and customers, and work with the team to prioritize and complete projects, ensuring that content meets the needs of diverse stakeholders. Manage the day-to-day content production schedule, utilizing a mix of internal and external writers, agencies, and creatives to ensure high-quality content delivery. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 8+ years of experience in content production, ideally in an agency model where you have managed multiple stakeholders and complex campaigns. Proven experience working with creative and content teams to manage projects from brief to go-live, with a strong understanding of project timelines and deadlines. Experience working globally and ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills. An understanding of the production requirements for a wide range of projects, including editorial, campaign, email, social, and video content, with the ability to adapt to new formats and technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with content management systems and project management tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. A strong network of contacts in the content production industry, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, writers, agencies, and creatives. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will need to be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
