* Responding to customer inquiries over Slack and email within 1 hour, addressing issues such as bugs, onboarding challenges, or product strategy
* Developing expertise in our domain and product to provide informed advice and solutions to customers
* Collaborating with our CEO to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of customers within 30 days of starting with us
* Monitoring customer activity and re-engaging customers who show signs of not fully utilizing our product
* Identifying expansion opportunities within companies by analyzing user behavior and interactions
* Reporting and resolving bugs or less-than-ideal experiences in our product
* Working closely with our engineering team to verify that new features and releases meet customer expectations
**About You**
